ok this might be useless because no one goes to this but try to download win zip but I'm not a genius as I tried to help people before ;-;

click on the unzipped folder and for sure it must work.

@msunkown uninstall adobe air and it should work

@slay1235 if ur in a computer install 7zip (if ur not sure what version check a youtube vid) after u installed it reset the computer and then download the gacha star again and right click then there should be a 7zip option and click it (it might say some things but click yes and wait for a bit and then you should get it :D (sorry if its kinda bad explaining)
